They're useable on most irons.  Just not the smallest blades or biggest oversize heads.  I tried them on a few models to give you a idea.
Perfect fit on taylormade p-790, p-770  titleist ap2 forged, ping i15, titleist vokey wedge.....
Very snug fit callaway rogue, callaway steelhead, ping g15, taylormade hi-toe wedge......
loose fit on titleist forged mb irons, mizuno mp-29 irons......
